Ben & Jerry’s have shown what happens when you merge ice cream and a burrito. The result is glorious.
That’s right, the retailer has brought the ‘Ice Cream Burrito’ (launched last year) back to their stores in the US for the month of April.
But that’s not to say that you couldn’t attempt your own with your favourite flavour of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.
You just fire two scoops into a waffle wrap and sprinkle over some cookies or chocolate as well as your favourite dessert sauce.
If you can’t get your hands on the wraps, you could always go old school with some plain waffles. (It won’t be an ice cream burrito but it’ll satisfy your cravings, now that we’ve put the notion in your head.)
And what better day to try it than what looks to be the nicest day of the year so far?!
