If you’ve still got the Frozen album on repeat in the car, we have some exciting news for you this morning; the second installment of the world’s favourite animated movie is well underway.
According to Kristen Bell, who plays the voice of Princess Anna of Arendell in the hit production, the long-awaited sequel has been written and the cast are ‘just about to start recording’.
Bell shared the Frozen gossip while on a promotional tour for her new movie The Boss, with Melissa McCarthy. In an interview with Collider, she said:
“We’re just about to [start recording].
“They’ve just written it, and they’re still doing tweaks, but I think we shall be recording this month.
“The story is great and they exude quality, and what I know about that whole team is that they wouldn’t just put something out to put it out. And that’s why it took them so long for them to even announce that we’re doing a second one.”
No release date has been set as of yet but expect an announcement very soon.
