A poll of more than 3,000 parents has revealed the most popular nicknames children use for their grandparents.
More than half of the families surveyed by Babycentre chose the traditional Grandma and Grandpa, followed by Nana and Papa. Grammy, Granny, Granddad, and Gramps came in third.
More creative choices included Big Mama, Lala, Gangie and… er… Zippy for grandmothers and Bebop, Fafa, Bumpy and (our favourite) Yubba for grandfathers.
