Some pretty popular baby names featured on the list
There are many baby names that simply aren’t our cup of tea.
We’ll often keep them to ourselves to avoid offending others who may love them, but some people didn’t shy away when asked what baby names they’re tired of hearing.
Writing on Threads, user Mandy Long asked: “What baby name are you tired of hearing?”
And people certainly weren’t afraid of expressing their opinions.
Some explained that there are modern names they can’t stand, but others admitted they hated names like Jackson, Karen and Aiden.
One said they hate baby names with ‘lee’ or ‘leigh’ at the end.
“Anything with a “lee” or “leigh” such as, Ryleigh, Brailee, Timberlee, Everleigh, Kenzleigh, Carlee, Heyleigh, Baylee, Hadlee, Brynleigh, Charlee, McKinleigh…Ugh.”
Another said people need to stop giving their children random names or naming them after objects.
They said: “Only thing I dislike are those no-name-names. Scrambled letters put together, objects, etc. I can’t take someone serious if they are named Butterfly. It’s not unique or edgy, just sad.”
