If you’re trying for a baby you might want to plan a romantic night in for tomorrow.
That’s because, according to the Express, more babies will be conceived tomorrow than on any other day this year.
We don’t exactly know what the evidence is that suggests this (we think it’s something to do with birth records in the UK), but December is said to be a good month for conception in general.
The publication reports that sperm quality tends to be higher in the colder months and people do spend more time indoors.
Multivitamin company Centrum commissioned the study looking into pregnancy and conception. It also found that a lot of mums-to-be aren’t getting the nutrients they need.
So, moral of the story, if you have sex tomorrow, you could be saying this in a few months time…
